THE LOCATION

This luxury resort is at the western end of the V&A Waterfront, next to the marina. You're near most of the city's attractions including the Two Oceans Aquarium, Victoria Wharf shopping centre and Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa.

Walk a little further east and you'll reach Nelson Mandela Gateway, from where you can catch a boat to Robben Island.

By plane: London to Cape Town takes 12 hours, after which, it's a 20-minute drive to the hotel. Free on-site parking available. Book flights to Cape Town.

CHARACTER & STYLE

The hotel is set out over seven floors, but the lobby lounge and Vista Bar is the focal point - looking out onto the pool and its islands, you'll find a resident pianist in the evenings. Bedrooms are serene, contrasting with the lively public areas.
